A dozen generous individual serves of our crack cakes using our special recipe.

It's our secret recipe so we can't give too much away but what we can tell you is that we have used the best quality local ingredients to create a complex flavour profile that will leave you guessing what's inside. Don't be fooled, it's not as simple as it appears upon first bite. We have used a variety of nine types of nuts that go into our crack cakes.

Delicious, silky smooth italian meringue buttercream paired with a mouthwatering centre and adorned with toppings that will give you sweet and salty satisfaction. These decadent bites are smooth, soft and also has crunchy elements giving you a well-balanced taste that you just want to keep coming back for.

Note: Highly addictive. You won’t want to share these and might wish to devour them in a quiet place while no one is watching!


HOW TO EAT
Ensure they have come to room temp and left out of the fridge for 2hrs prior to consumption, Not to be eaten by cutting into it or eating with a fork. Get messy with it. Best eaten with your hands, peeling back the casing and taking a big bite into it so you can get to the delicious centre.
