DELIVERY | TRANSPORT + CLIENT RESPONSIBiliTY 

VIOLET & SALT is not liable for any damages to cakes, desserts, confectionary and products after it leaves our hands. We will provide you with instructions on how to best care for your cake on the journey home or to your event. All cakes are to be transported on the floor in the back seat of a car with a non-slip mat under the base of your cake box. Temperature control/air conditioning must be used on the journey. Upon arriving to your destination, cakes must be stored and returned to the refrigerator. Cakes are to be brought out 1hr prior to consuming and 

kept at room temperature for enjoyment. VIOLET & SALT is not liable for a change of mind by the client upon collection or delivery due to mistakes by the client or lack of clarity during in the ordering process. 

CANCELLATIONS 

VIOLET & SALT understands that things in life occur causing sudden changes however, due to the careful planning of your bespoke cake, ordering of ingredients and scheduling time far in advance to ensure we can create the cake of your dreams, all deposits made to VIOLET & SALT are non-refundable.
